How to Send Quill Forms Data to Wrike

Connect Wrike to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

2. Pick your trigger

3. Select Wrike as the destination

Choose Wrike from the platform dropdown and pick Create Task. This creates a task in Wrike.

4. Map fields

Match each Wrike field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Wrike to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
