How to Send Quill Forms Data to Visma eAccounting

Visma eAccounting is an accounting platform for managing finances. Every Quill Forms submission record should flow into Visma eAccounting automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect Visma eAccounting to AFI

Visma eAccounting uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Visma eAccounting, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Visma eAccounting.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Visma eAccounting as the destination

Choose Visma eAccounting from the platform dropdown and pick Add Customer. This creates a customer in Visma eAccounting.

4. Map fields

Match each Visma eAccounting field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Visma eAccounting to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
