How to Send Quill Forms Data to Total Expert

What you will need

Connect Total Expert to AFI

Total Expert uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Total Expert, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Total Expert.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Total Expert as the destination

Choose Total Expert from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Total Expert.

4. Map fields

Match each Total Expert field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Total Expert to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
