How to Send Quill Forms Data to The Events Calendar

Connect The Events Calendar to AFI

Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to The Events Calendar.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.
3. Select The Events Calendar as the destination
Choose The Events Calendar from the platform dropdown and pick Add Event. This creates an event in The Events Calendar.
4. Map fields
Match each The Events Calendar field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check The Events Calendar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
