How to Send Quill Forms Data to SuiteDash

Connect SuiteDash to AFI

1. In SuiteDash, go to Profile → Integrations → SECURE API.
2. Copy your Public ID and generate a Secret Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → SuiteDash.
4. Enter the Public ID and Secret Key, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to SuiteDash.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select SuiteDash as the destination

Choose SuiteDash from the platform dropdown and pick Add Company and Contact. This creates a company and linked contact in SuiteDash.

4. Map fields

Match each SuiteDash field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check SuiteDash to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
