How to Send Quill Forms Data to Softr

What you will need

Connect Softr to AFI

1. Log in to your Softr account.
2. Copy your API Key and Domain.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Softr.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Softr.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Softr as the destination

Choose Softr from the platform dropdown and pick Add User. This creates a user in Softr.

4. Map fields

Match each Softr field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Softr to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
