How to Send Quill Forms Data to ServiceM8

ServiceM8 is a field service management platform. Quill Forms handles a conversational form is completed on your WordPress site. ServiceM8 is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need

Connect ServiceM8 to AFI

  1. Log in to your ServiceM8 account.
  2. Go to Settings → API and generate API credentials.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ServiceM8.
  4. Enter the credentials and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to ServiceM8.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select ServiceM8 as the destination

Choose ServiceM8 from the platform dropdown and pick Add Job. This creates a job in ServiceM8.

4. Map fields

Match each ServiceM8 field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check ServiceM8 to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
