How to Send Quill Forms Data to SendGrid

Connect SendGrid to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to SendGrid.

2. Pick your trigger

3. Select SendGrid as the destination

4. Map fields

Match each SendGrid field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check SendGrid to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
