How to Send Quill Forms Data to Sender

Sender is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Quill Forms manages a conversational form is completed, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Sender.

Connect Sender to AFI

1. Log in to your Sender account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Sender.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Sender.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Sender as the destination

Choose Sender from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Sender.

4. Map fields

Match each Sender field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Sender to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
