How to Send Quill Forms Data to Salesloft

Salesloft is a sales engagement platform. Every Quill Forms submission record should flow into Salesloft automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

What you will need

Connect Salesloft to AFI

1. Log in to your Salesloft account.
2. Go to Settings → API and generate an API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Salesloft.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Salesloft.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Salesloft as the destination

Choose Salesloft from the platform dropdown and pick Add Person. This creates a person in Salesloft.

4. Map fields

Match each Salesloft field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Salesloft to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
