Planhat is a customer success platform. Every Quill Forms submission record should flow into Planhat automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

AFI delivers submission data straight from WordPress to Planhat. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Quill Forms installed and configured.
  • A Planhat account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Planhat to AFI

  1. Log in to your Planhat account.
  2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Planhat.
  4. Paste the API Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Planhat.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Planhat as the destination

Choose Planhat from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Planhat.

4. Map fields

Match each Planhat field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Planhat to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps email, name, and company to Planhat with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which Quill Forms events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a conversational form is completed. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
