How to Send Quill Forms Data to NeonCRM
NeonCRM is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. If you want Quill Forms submission synced to NeonCRM, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.
Why not just use Zapier?
For connecting Quill Forms to CRM, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Quill Forms installed and configured.
- A NeonCRM account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect NeonCRM to AFI
NeonCRM uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → NeonCRM, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to NeonCRM.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.
3. Select NeonCRM as the destination
Choose NeonCRM from the platform dropdown and pick Add Account. This creates an account in NeonCRM.
4. Map fields
Match each NeonCRM field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check NeonCRM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to NeonCRM with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Quill Forms events trigger the integration?

Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
