How to Send Quill Forms Data to Moneybird

Moneybird is an invoicing and accounting platform for managing finances. Every Quill Forms submission record should flow into Moneybird automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

What you will need

Connect Moneybird to AFI

1. Log in to your Moneybird account.
2. Go to Settings → API and create an API token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Moneybird.
4. Enter the Administration ID and API token, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Moneybird.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Moneybird as the destination

Choose Moneybird from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Moneybird.

4. Map fields

Match each Moneybird field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Moneybird to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
