Greenhouse is a recruiting platform. Getting Quill Forms submission into Greenhouse does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to recruiting. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Quill Forms installed and configured.
  • A Greenhouse account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Greenhouse to AFI

Greenhouse uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Greenhouse, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Greenhouse.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Greenhouse as the destination

Choose Greenhouse from the platform dropdown and pick Add Candidate. This adds a candidate in Greenhouse.

4. Map fields

Match each Greenhouse field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Greenhouse to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to Greenhouse with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which Quill Forms events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a conversational form is completed. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
