How to Send Quill Forms Data to Google Calendar

Google Calendar is a calendar platform. If you want Quill Forms submission synced to Google Calendar, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect Google Calendar to AFI

Google Calendar uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Google Calendar, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Google Calendar.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Google Calendar as the destination

Choose Google Calendar from the platform dropdown and pick Create Event. This creates an event in Google Calendar.

4. Map fields

Match each Google Calendar field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Google Calendar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
