How to Send Quill Forms Data to EverWebinar

EverWebinar is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. Quill Forms handles a conversational form is completed on your WordPress site. EverWebinar is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need

Connect EverWebinar to AFI

1. Log in to your EverWebinar account.
2. Copy your API Token from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → EverWebinar.
4. Paste the Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to EverWebinar.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select EverWebinar as the destination

Choose EverWebinar from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for an EverWebinar session.

4. Map fields

Match each EverWebinar field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check EverWebinar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
