How to Send Quill Forms Data to Drip

Drip is a platform platform. Every Quill Forms submission record should flow into Drip automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Quill Forms installed and configured.
• A Drip account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Drip to AFI

Drip uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Drip, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Drip.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Drip as the destination

Choose Drip from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Drip.

4. Map fields

Match each Drip field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Drip to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
