How to Send Quill Forms Data to ClickUp

What you will need

Connect ClickUp to AFI

1. Log in to your ClickUp account.
2. Go to Settings → Apps → API and copy your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ClickUp.
4. Paste the Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to ClickUp.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select ClickUp as the destination

Choose ClickUp from the platform dropdown and pick Create Task. This creates a task in ClickUp.

4. Map fields

Match each ClickUp field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check ClickUp to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
