How to Send Quill Forms Data to CiviCRM

CiviCRM is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every Quill Forms submission record should flow into CiviCRM automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect CiviCRM to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to CiviCRM.

2. Pick your trigger

3. Select CiviCRM as the destination

Choose CiviCRM from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in CiviCRM.

4. Map fields

Match each CiviCRM field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check CiviCRM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
