How to Send Quill Forms Data to Apollo.io

What you will need
- A WordPress site with Quill Forms installed and configured.

- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Apollo.io to AFI
- Log in to your Apollo.io account.
- Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Apollo.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Apollo.io.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.
3. Select Apollo.io as the destination
Choose Apollo.io from the platform dropdown and pick Create Contact. This creates a contact in Apollo.
4. Map fields
Match each Apollo.io field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Apollo.io to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
