How to Send Quill Forms Data to Acelle Mail

Connect Acelle Mail to AFI

1. Log in to your Acelle Mail dashboard.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Acelle Mail.
4. Enter your API URL and Token, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Acelle Mail.

4. Map fields

Match each Acelle Mail field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Acelle Mail to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
