How to Send Quform Submissions to Jobber

Jobber is a field service management platform. If you want Quform data in Jobber, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Why connect directly?

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Quform installed and at least one form.
• A Jobber account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Jobber to AFI

1. Log in to your Jobber account.
2. Go to Settings → API to get your API credentials.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Jobber.
4. Enter your credentials and authorize the connection.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quform to Jobber.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quform as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Jobber as the destination

Choose Jobber from the platform dropdown and pick Create Client. This creates a client in Jobber.

4. Map fields

Match each Jobber field on the left to the corresponding Quform field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Quform form and submit. Check Jobber to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
