How to Send Quform Submissions to Field Nation

Field Nation is a field service platform. Every Quform submission should flow into Field Nation automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Quform installed and at least one form.
• A Field Nation account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Field Nation to AFI

Field Nation uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Field Nation, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quform to Field Nation.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quform as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Field Nation as the destination

Choose Field Nation from the platform dropdown and pick Create Work Order. This creates a work order in Field Nation.

4. Map fields

Match each Field Nation field on the left to the corresponding Quform field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Quform form and submit. Check Field Nation to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Do I need coding skills?

No. Everything is configured through a visual interface, including field mapping.

Yes. Create a separate integration for each form, or send one form to multiple platforms.
