How to Send Quform Submissions to eWebinar

eWebinar is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. Quform makes it easy to build WordPress forms. eWebinar is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting your forms to webinar platform, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Quform installed and at least one form.
• A eWebinar account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect eWebinar to AFI

1. Log in to your eWebinar account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → eWebinar.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quform to eWebinar.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quform as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select eWebinar as the destination

Choose eWebinar from the platform dropdown and pick Register Attendee. This registers an attendee for an eWebinar session.

4. Map fields

Match each eWebinar field on the left to the corresponding Quform field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Quform form and submit. Check eWebinar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Do I need coding skills?

No. Everything is configured through a visual interface, including field mapping.

Yes. Create a separate integration for each form, or send one form to multiple platforms.
