How to Send Quform Submissions to Emma

Emma is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Quform lets you create powerful forms with a drag-and-drop builder, but sending data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Emma.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Quform installed and at least one form.
• A Emma account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Emma to AFI

Emma uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Emma, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quform to Emma.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quform as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Emma as the destination

Choose Emma from the platform dropdown and pick Add Member. This adds a member to Emma.

4. Map fields

Match each Emma field on the left to the corresponding Quform field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Quform form and submit. Check Emma to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Do I need coding skills?

No. Everything is configured through a visual interface, including field mapping.

Will adding this slow down my form?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each form, or send one form to multiple platforms.
