SuperOffice is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe PeepSo data straight into SuperOffice using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to CRM. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with PeepSo installed and configured.
  • A SuperOffice account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect SuperOffice to AFI

SuperOffice uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → SuperOffice, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it PeepSo to SuperOffice.

2. Pick your trigger

Select PeepSo as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select SuperOffice as the destination

Choose SuperOffice from the platform dropdown and pick Add Person. This creates a person in SuperOffice.

4. Map fields

Match each SuperOffice field on the left to the corresponding PeepSo field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group in PeepSo. Check SuperOffice to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to SuperOffice with unlimited events. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-event fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which PeepSo events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group. This covers member registrations, profile updates, and group joins.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the community event completes. Your members are not affected.

Can I send member data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every event flows to all of them simultaneously.
