Softr is a no-code apps platform. If you want PeepSo activity in Softr, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting your community platform to no-code apps, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with PeepSo installed and configured.
  • A Softr account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Softr to AFI

  1. Log in to your Softr account.
  2. Copy your API Key and Domain.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Softr.
  4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it PeepSo to Softr.

2. Pick your trigger

Select PeepSo as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Softr as the destination

Choose Softr from the platform dropdown and pick Add User. This creates a user in Softr.

4. Map fields

Match each Softr field on the left to the corresponding PeepSo field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group in PeepSo. Check Softr to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps email and name to Softr with unlimited events. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-event fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which PeepSo events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group. This covers member registrations, profile updates, and group joins.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the community event completes. Your members are not affected.

Can I send member data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every event flows to all of them simultaneously.

Get started

Install Advanced Form Integration free from WordPress.org and connect PeepSo to Softr in minutes.
