How to Send PeepSo Data to Salesforce

Connect Salesforce to AFI

Salesforce uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Salesforce, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it PeepSo to Salesforce.

2. Pick your trigger

Select PeepSo as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Salesforce as the destination

Choose Salesforce from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Salesforce.

4. Map fields

Match each Salesforce field on the left to the corresponding PeepSo field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group in PeepSo. Check Salesforce to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
