How to Send PeepSo Data to Maileon

Maileon is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. PeepSo manages a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Maileon.

Connect Maileon to AFI

1. Log in to your Maileon account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Maileon.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it PeepSo to Maileon.

2. Pick your trigger

Select PeepSo as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Maileon as the destination

Choose Maileon from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Maileon.

4. Map fields

Match each Maileon field on the left to the corresponding PeepSo field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group in PeepSo. Check Maileon to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
