How to Send PeepSo Data to Events Manager

Events Manager is a event management platform. Here is how to pipe PeepSo data straight into Events Manager using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect Events Manager to AFI

Events Manager uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Events Manager, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it PeepSo to Events Manager.

2. Pick your trigger

Select PeepSo as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Events Manager as the destination

Choose Events Manager from the platform dropdown and pick Add Event. This creates an event in Events Manager.

4. Map fields

Match each Events Manager field on the left to the corresponding PeepSo field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group in PeepSo. Check Events Manager to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
