How to Send PeepSo Data to Agilecrm

Agilecrm is a platform platform. If you want PeepSo activity in Agilecrm, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect Agilecrm to AFI

Agilecrm uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Agilecrm, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it PeepSo to Agilecrm.

2. Pick your trigger

Select PeepSo as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Agilecrm as the destination

Choose Agilecrm from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Agilecrm.

4. Map fields

Match each Agilecrm field on the left to the corresponding PeepSo field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group in PeepSo. Check Agilecrm to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
