How to Send Paid Memberships Pro Data to Recruitee

Recruitee is a recruiting platform. Every Paid Memberships Pro membership record should flow into Recruitee automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Paid Memberships Pro installed and configured.
• A Recruitee account.

Connect Recruitee to AFI

Recruitee uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Recruitee, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Paid Memberships Pro to Recruitee.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Paid Memberships Pro as the form provider. AFI fires when a member checks out or a membership level changes, giving you access to member name, email, membership level, payment amount, and order ID.

3. Select Recruitee as the destination

Choose Recruitee from the platform dropdown and pick Add Candidate. This adds a candidate in Recruitee.

4. Map fields

Match each Recruitee field on the left to the corresponding Paid Memberships Pro field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, membership level, payment amount, and order ID. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Paid Memberships Pro. Check Recruitee to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
