How to Send Paid Memberships Pro Data to Pardot

Pardot is a marketing automation platform. Paid Memberships Pro handles a member checks out or a membership level changes on your WordPress site. Pardot is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Connect Pardot to AFI

Pardot uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Pardot, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Paid Memberships Pro to Pardot.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Paid Memberships Pro as the form provider. AFI fires when a member checks out or a membership level changes, giving you access to member name, email, membership level, payment amount, and order ID.

3. Select Pardot as the destination

Choose Pardot from the platform dropdown and pick Create Prospect. This creates a prospect in Pardot.

4. Map fields

Match each Pardot field on the left to the corresponding Paid Memberships Pro field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, membership level, payment amount, and order ID. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Paid Memberships Pro. Check Pardot to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
