How to Send Paid Memberships Pro Data to Iterable

Connect Iterable to AFI

1. Log in to your Iterable account.
2. Go to Settings → API Keys and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Iterable.
4. Enter the API Key and data center, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Paid Memberships Pro to Iterable.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Paid Memberships Pro as the form provider. AFI fires when a member checks out or a membership level changes, giving you access to member name, email, membership level, payment amount, and order ID.

3. Select Iterable as the destination

4. Map fields

Match each Iterable field on the left to the corresponding Paid Memberships Pro field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, membership level, payment amount, and order ID. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test
