How to Send Paid Memberships Pro Data to Insightly

Connect Insightly to AFI

1. Log in to your Insightly account.
2. Go to User Settings → API Key and copy it.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Insightly.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Paid Memberships Pro to Insightly.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Paid Memberships Pro as the form provider. AFI fires when a member checks out or a membership level changes, giving you access to member name, email, membership level, payment amount, and order ID.

3. Select Insightly as the destination

Choose Insightly from the platform dropdown and pick Create Contact. This creates a contact in Insightly.

4. Map fields

Match each Insightly field on the left to the corresponding Paid Memberships Pro field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, membership level, payment amount, and order ID. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Paid Memberships Pro. Check Insightly to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
