How to Send Ninja Forms Submissions to Zendesk Sell

Zendesk Sell is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe Ninja Forms submissions straight into Zendesk Sell using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Ninja Forms installed and at least one form.

Connect Zendesk Sell to AFI

1. Log in to your Zendesk Sell account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Zendesk Sell.
4. Paste the API Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ninja Forms to Zendesk Sell.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ninja Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Zendesk Sell as the destination

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Ninja form and submit. Check Zendesk Sell to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
