How to Send Ninja Forms Submissions to Total Expert

Total Expert is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Ninja Forms makes it easy to build forms, but sending data to external platforms requires an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Total Expert. Here is the full setup.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Ninja Forms installed and at least one form.
• A Total Expert account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Total Expert to AFI

Total Expert uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Total Expert, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ninja Forms to Total Expert.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ninja Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Total Expert as the destination

Choose Total Expert from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Total Expert.

4. Map fields

Match each Total Expert field on the left to the corresponding Ninja Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Ninja form and submit. Check Total Expert to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
