How to Send Ninja Forms Submissions to Smartlead

Smartlead is a cold email outreach platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Here is how to pipe Ninja Forms submissions straight into Smartlead using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Ninja Forms installed and at least one form.

Connect Smartlead to AFI

1. Log in to your Smartlead account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Smartlead.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ninja Forms to Smartlead.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ninja Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Smartlead as the destination

Choose Smartlead from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This adds a lead to a Smartlead campaign.

4. Map fields

5. Add conditions if needed

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Ninja form and submit. Check Smartlead to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
