How to Send Ninja Forms Submissions to Insellerate

Insellerate is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Ninja Forms is one of the most user-friendly form plugins for WordPress. Insellerate is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Ninja Forms installed and at least one form.
• A Insellerate account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Insellerate to AFI

Insellerate uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Insellerate, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ninja Forms to Insellerate.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ninja Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Insellerate as the destination

Choose Insellerate from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Insellerate.

4. Map fields

Match each Insellerate field on the left to the corresponding Ninja Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Ninja form and submit. Check Insellerate to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
