How to Send Ninja Forms Submissions to Field Nation

Field Nation is a field service platform. Getting Ninja Forms data into Field Nation does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

• A WordPress site with Ninja Forms installed and at least one form.

Connect Field Nation to AFI

Field Nation uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Field Nation, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ninja Forms to Field Nation.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ninja Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Field Nation as the destination

Choose Field Nation from the platform dropdown and pick Create Work Order. This creates a work order in Field Nation.

4. Map fields

Match each Field Nation field on the left to the corresponding Ninja Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Ninja form and submit. Check Field Nation to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
