How to Send Ninja Forms Submissions to e-conomic

e-conomic is an accounting platform for managing finances. Here is how to pipe Ninja Forms submissions straight into e-conomic using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to e-conomic. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Ninja Forms installed and at least one form.
• A e-conomic account.

Connect e-conomic to AFI

e-conomic uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → e-conomic, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ninja Forms to e-conomic.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ninja Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select e-conomic as the destination

Choose e-conomic from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in e-conomic.

4. Map fields

Match each e-conomic field on the left to the corresponding Ninja Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.
