How to Send Ninja Forms Submissions to Breeze ChMS

Breeze ChMS is a church management platform. Here is how to pipe Ninja Forms submissions straight into Breeze ChMS using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Ninja Forms installed and at least one form.

Connect Breeze ChMS to AFI

1. Log in to your Breeze ChMS account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Breeze ChMS.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ninja Forms to Breeze ChMS.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Ninja form and submit. Check Breeze ChMS to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
