How to Send MemberPress Data to WebinarJam

WebinarJam is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. If you want MemberPress membership synced to WebinarJam, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect WebinarJam to AFI

WebinarJam uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → WebinarJam, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it MemberPress to WebinarJam.

2. Pick your trigger

Select MemberPress as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers or a subscription transaction completes, giving you access to member name, email, membership level, transaction amount, and subscription status.

3. Select WebinarJam as the destination

Choose WebinarJam from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a WebinarJam session.

4. Map fields

Match each WebinarJam field on the left to the corresponding MemberPress field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, membership level, transaction amount, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in MemberPress. Check WebinarJam to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
