PandaDoc is a document automation platform. Here is how to pipe MemberPress membership straight into PandaDoc using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

The direct approach

AFI delivers membership data straight from WordPress to PandaDoc. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with MemberPress installed and configured.
  • A PandaDoc account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect PandaDoc to AFI

  1. Log in to your PandaDoc account.
  2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → PandaDoc.
  4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it MemberPress to PandaDoc.

2. Pick your trigger

Select MemberPress as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers or a subscription transaction completes, giving you access to member name, email, membership level, transaction amount, and subscription status.

3. Select PandaDoc as the destination

Choose PandaDoc from the platform dropdown and pick Create Document. This creates a document in PandaDoc.

4. Map fields

Match each PandaDoc field on the left to the corresponding MemberPress field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, membership level, transaction amount, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in MemberPress. Check PandaDoc to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name and email to PandaDoc with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping and template selection. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which MemberPress events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a member registers or a subscription transaction completes. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
