How to Send MemberPress Data to Flowlu
Flowlu is a business management platform. If you want MemberPress membership synced to Flowlu, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.
Why connect directly?
Cloud automation tools like Zapier charge per task and route your data through external servers. AFI processes everything on your WordPress site. No per-membership fees, no external dependencies.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with MemberPress installed and configured.
- A Flowlu account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Flowlu to AFI
- Log in to your Flowlu account.
- Copy your Subdomain and API Token.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Flowlu.
- Enter the credentials and click Save.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it MemberPress to Flowlu.
2. Pick your trigger
Select MemberPress as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers or a subscription transaction completes, giving you access to member name, email, membership level, transaction amount, and subscription status.
3. Select Flowlu as the destination
Choose Flowlu from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Flowlu.
4. Map fields
Match each Flowlu field on the left to the corresponding MemberPress field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, membership level, transaction amount, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in MemberPress. Check Flowlu to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to Flowlu with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which MemberPress events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a member registers or a subscription transaction completes. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
