Zoho Recruit is a recruiting platform. Here is how to pipe MailPoet subscriber straight into Zoho Recruit using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

The direct approach

AFI delivers subscriber data straight from WordPress to Zoho Recruit. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with MailPoet installed and configured.
  • A Zoho Recruit account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Zoho Recruit to AFI

Zoho Recruit uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Recruit, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it MailPoet to Zoho Recruit.

2. Pick your trigger

Select MailPoet as the form provider. AFI fires when a subscriber joins a list or a newsletter form is submitted, giving you access to subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status.

3. Select Zoho Recruit as the destination

Choose Zoho Recruit from the platform dropdown and pick Add Candidate. This adds a candidate in Zoho Recruit.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Recruit field on the left to the corresponding MailPoet field on the right. Common mappings include subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in MailPoet. Check Zoho Recruit to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to Zoho Recruit with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which MailPoet events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a subscriber joins a list or a newsletter form is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
