How to Send MailPoet Data to Getresponse

Connect Getresponse to AFI

Getresponse uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Getresponse, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it MailPoet to Getresponse.

2. Pick your trigger

Select MailPoet as the form provider. AFI fires when a subscriber joins a list or a newsletter form is submitted, giving you access to subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status.

3. Select Getresponse as the destination

Choose Getresponse from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Getresponse.

4. Map fields

Match each Getresponse field on the left to the corresponding MailPoet field on the right. Common mappings include subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in MailPoet. Check Getresponse to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
