How to Send MailPoet Data to Airmeet

What you will need

Connect Airmeet to AFI

1. Log in to your Airmeet account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Airmeet.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it MailPoet to Airmeet.

2. Pick your trigger

Select MailPoet as the form provider. AFI fires when a subscriber joins a list or a newsletter form is submitted, giving you access to subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status.

3. Select Airmeet as the destination

Choose Airmeet from the platform dropdown and pick Register Attendee. This registers an attendee for an Airmeet event.

4. Map fields

Match each Airmeet field on the left to the corresponding MailPoet field on the right. Common mappings include subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in MailPoet. Check Airmeet to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
