How to Send LifterLMS Enrollments to Zendesk Sell

Zendesk Sell is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe LifterLMS data straight into Zendesk Sell using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with LifterLMS installed and at least one course.

Connect Zendesk Sell to AFI

1. Log in to your Zendesk Sell account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Zendesk Sell.
4. Paste the API Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LifterLMS to Zendesk Sell.

2. Pick your trigger

3. Select Zendesk Sell as the destination

4. Map fields

Match each Zendesk Sell field on the left to the corresponding LifterLMS field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LifterLMS. Check Zendesk Sell to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
