Salesloft is a sales engagement platform. Every LifterLMS enrollment should flow into Salesloft automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to sales engagement. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with LifterLMS installed and at least one course.
  • A Salesloft account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Salesloft to AFI

  1. Log in to your Salesloft account.
  2. Go to Settings → API and generate an API Key.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Salesloft.
  4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LifterLMS to Salesloft.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LifterLMS as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Salesloft as the destination

Choose Salesloft from the platform dropdown and pick Add Person. This creates a person in Salesloft.

4. Map fields

Match each Salesloft field on the left to the corresponding LifterLMS field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LifterLMS. Check Salesloft to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps email, first name, and last name to Salesloft with unlimited enrollments. Pro adds custom field mapping and cadence assignment. No per-enrollment fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which LifterLMS events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership. This covers new enrollments, course completions, and student registrations.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the enrollment event completes. Your students are not affected.

Can I send enrollments to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every enrollment flows to all of them simultaneously.
